ThirstyPixel launches new Making Memories website
(Centerville, Utah, 17-Jan-2008). Today craft supplier Making Memories and web developer ThirstyPixel unveiled the new full-featured Making Memories website at www.makingmemories.com
The update of the Making Memories site includes an array of powerful new features to enhance the visibility and marketability of their products. Complex overlapping product information is easily managed through the custom backend administration, allowing Making Memories to promote the
components of their scrapbooking and craft 'Ideas' in an endless variety of designs. Streamlined for the frequent updates to the site, the secure adminstration utilities allow for quick publishing of new content to the site: text, images, structured information, interlinking resources and video clips that keep the site fresh and retention high.
"We are excited about the new potentials this website unlocks for us”, said Jenny Weston of Making Memories, in regards to the website and tools developed by ThirstyPixel.
Other new features of the Making Memories website include:
+ Store and product locators to increase the access channels for their customers.
+ The ability to cross-publish blog and newsletter publications for maximum visibility and accessibility.
+ Multiple levels of administration accounts allowing for variable controlled access by authors, contributors or techninical staff.
By integrating the new web site and administration tools with existing product data and web development components, ThirstyPixel assisted Making Memories in keeping their internet presence fresh while keeping costs down. The two companies are already discussing the development of
additional projects together in the near future.
